SEN Reform Delivery Plan’s 2–3 Year Old Programme

The BWEY All-Partner Report Card provides a summary of the SEN Reform Delivery Plan’s 2–3-year-old programme in practice, showing how early, targeted and multidisciplinary support is being delivered for children with developmental delay, additional needs and emerging SEN. Through the four-partner model, BWEY has supported early identification, family engagement, access to SLT, OT, Educational Psychology and wider specialist input, while helping children and families prepare for the next stage of early years education. The report card highlights the reach and impact of this approach across Belfast, including referrals, child participation, parent and family support, play and engagement opportunities, specialist input and Better Off outcomes for children and families.
