A Year of Remarkable Growth: Lorcan's Journey
At the beginning of the year, Lorcan found attending the programme incredibly challenging. Due to ongoing medical issues that had impacted his early development, he experienced significant developmental delays and found it difficult to cope with everyday aspects of the nursery environment. He was highly sensitive to noise, struggled to tolerate the presence of other children, and experienced considerable anxiety when separating from his mum. These challenges made it difficult for him to engage in play, learning opportunities, and daily routines.
