Early Years 3-4
Education Authority funded specialist nursery provision for children aged 3-4 with a Statement of SEN.
Our Specialist Nursery Provision provides a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating early years environment for children with Statements of Special Educational Needs, funded by the Education Authority (EA).
We are committed to helping every child reach their full potential through individualised learning, specialist support and meaningful play experiences. Our experienced staff create a safe, caring and engaging environment where children can develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Our curriculum is based on the Northern Ireland Preschool Curriculum, with learning carefully adapted to meet each child's individual needs, strengths and developmental stage. Through play-based learning, children are supported to develop communication, language, physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills while working towards personalised learning targets.
Each child benefits from a highly individualised programme designed in partnership with families and other professionals. We work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistency between home and nursery and to celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.
As part of our specialist provision, children receive regular input from Speech and Language Therapy, supporting the development of communication, language and interaction skills. We also offer Music Therapy sessions, providing children with opportunities to express themselves, build relationships, develop communication and enhance emotional wellbeing through music.
Our dedicated team values every child as an individual and strives to provide the highest quality of care, education and support. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, communicate and thrive in an environment where they feel valued, understood and celebrated.
